19A NCAC 01B .0103      STATUTORY PROVISIONS

The procedures set forth in this Subchapter are in accordance with Article 2A of the Administrative Procedure Act.  These procedures are established to implement Article 2A of the Administrative Procedure Act and should be read in conjunction with those statutory provisions.
